We offer beautiful land by the lake, a stone fire pit, a reception/party area with tables, chairs, and moveable food bars with a kitchen and bathrooms inside. Below is what is included and excluded along with upgrades that are available for purchase. Please carefully read each bullet point so we can ensure you have full understanding of our policy/procedures and what we include/exclude from the price. We hope to make your day special!

We do have a few policy’s/procedures that we ask for everyone to follow while they are spending their time at Johnny B’s Farm. Do not take down any décor that is present within in the barn. No individuals present at this event shall be allowed to enter back shed of barn or equipment shed. A couple of other things you will need to take into consideration: You will be responsible for clean up on a rehearsal/decorating time and or wedding (event) day or night. Please take all trash with you when you go. Please do not drive off concrete driveway due to potential cracking of concrete.
INITIAL NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: a 30% of package selection listed below is due upon booking and will be applied to remaining balance. This is a non-refundable deposit. The full balance will be due 30 days prior to event date, with a $350.00 damage deposit. Any cancellations must be made 72 hrs. before event date. If cancelling, the 30% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. After event date, if nothing is damaged, the $350.00 damage fee will be refunded within 3-5 business days. We accept venmo or cash only.
