Starting on January 1st, 2027, Johnny B’s Farm will be using the following schedules/price changes. As we have embarked on our journey to provide the most wonderful individuals with such an extraordinary space to host their special days, we have decided to implement the following:
Tour Schedules will be hosted on the following days/times (by appointment only): Sunday 2PM-6PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM

Pricing & Packages

Week day (Monday-Thursday) access to the following 16 hours (7AM-11PM):

· Outdoor Ceremony & Indoor Reception Area $3,500
· Chapel & Indoor Reception Area $3,800

Weekend (Friday-Sunday) access to the following for a duration of 16 hours (7AM-11PM):

· Outdoor Ceremony & Indoor Reception Area $4,600
· Chapel & Indoor Reception Area $4,800

Week day (Monday-Thursday) access to the following 32 hours (7AM-11PM ea. day):

· Outdoor Ceremony & Indoor Reception Area $4,200
· Chapel & Indoor Reception Area $4,500

Weekend (Friday-Sunday) access to the following for a duration of 32 hours (7AM-11PM ea. day):

· Outdoor Ceremony & Indoor Reception Area $6,000
· Chapel & Indoor Reception Area $6,200

*If choosing to only rent 1 day package but need a rehearsal for the night before we can provide the space for the timing of 5PM-8PM for an additional $350.00*

· Elopement Package: Access to Chapel, Outdoor Ceremony setting, and Reception Area 50 people max THURSDAY ONLY, 6-hour limit $1,850

· Birthday Party/Bridal Shower/Baby Shower: Availability November-April; Access to reception hall (including indoor restrooms +access to kitchen) ONLY, 35 round tables that seat up to 110 guests, 4 10ft long tables that seat up to 40 guests, 2–4-hour duration, day/time availability by request no décor closest access provided: $150.00/hr. + additional $100 cleaning fee

· Corporate Parties: By Appointment Only

· To secure date desired, clients must pay 30% of package selection, non-refundable

· A $350.00 damage deposit will be added to final total of booking and refunded 3-5 business days after event to ensure venue and all provided items are not damaged during event

· Trellis by the water for your use if needed
· Access to one of our pre-made arches (wooden octagon arch, wooden triangle arch, wooden cross)
· 6 Cocktail hour Patio tables with your choice of black or white table cloths
· 35 Round tables and chairs that seat 110 guests, 1 Bride and Groom Table (sets 2), 4 10ft. Bridal Party/Groom Party/Immediate Family Farmhouse Tables (set up to 10 per table)
· White chapel that can seat up to 150 guests (if choosing package including chapel)
· Fire pit with seating (we do not supply fire wood or any accommodations that come with using fire pit)
· Parking BEHIND the reception area (follow the parking sign)
· Warming Kitchen with a two-compartment sink, refrigerator, microwave, oven, small ice machine, & (2) 2 gal drink dispensers, rolling drink cooler
· 24 ft. Food bars
· Initial cleaning before the first event night, trash bags, paper towels, soaps, and toilet paper for restrooms
· Upstairs area of barn for bride or groom to prepare in
· Cake table with Black Cake Stand
· Reception Area DJ Booth with PA system or
Chapel DJ Booth with PA System
· Table at entrance for guest sign in’s/favors
· Ceremony doors
· Outside decorative Bluetooth Speakers or Bluetooth PA System
· White Table linens for round tables
· Choice of white or black table linens for farmhouse style tables
· Gold or Black Candle Centerpieces (4 of ea. Color)
· Clear acrylic stand for Pastor

· Small cabin down by water for bride or groom to prepare in

· Various colors of Cheesecloth for tables

· Gold “Gift, Sign-in, & Favors” Wedding Signs
· Optional Ceremony seating for outside wedding event (150 White Resin Chairs available) upcharge of $2.50/chair, set up and tear down


As we continue to grow and invest in our venue, we want to ensure we are providing each and every couple with the beautiful scenery, quality service, and upmost memorable experience that they deserve. Due to increases in cost associated with operations within the venue and the continued enhancements of our facility and services our decision was made. We truly appreciate the understanding and continued support of each and everyone that has toured, shared, and booked with us at Johnny B’s. If you have already booked with us, pricing will remain the same as our contracted agreement with you. These adjustments will allow us to maintain the quality of our venue while continuing to enhance the experience from the moment you say “I Do” to the venue!
